How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue online and tap + on any item to build your Order List. When you are ready, tap "Send list on WhatsApp". Your whole item list with sizes and prices gets pre-filled into a WhatsApp chat with Monika. She will verify live stock, finalize delivery or pickup details, and confirm your order.
Where do I pick up in Oshawa?
We are based in Oshawa, Ontario (Durham Region). Once your order is ready, Monika will share the exact pickup address and arrange a time that works best for you. Pickup is completely free.
Do you ship outside of Ontario?
Yes! We ship all across Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Prairies, Maritimes) and across the continental USA. Shipping rates depend on parcel weight and distance, and we offer standard or express tracked shipping options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Interac e-Transfer for shipped orders, and either Cash or e-Transfer for in-person Oshawa pickups.
How do bulk pre-orders work for weddings or Diwali?
For orders of 15 pieces or more (e.g. return gifts, corporate hampers, wedding stage backdrops), we offer tiered bulk discounts. Because shipments are imported directly from Indian artisans, please contact us 3 to 6 weeks in advance of your event so we can guarantee your custom quantity and color choices.
